The written assessment
A decision you can work with.
The value is a clear record of the options, what remains unresolved, and who does what next. Here is the structure of the assessment you receive within 24 hours after the call.
Illustrative format. This is not a client file, a promised outcome, or a recommendation for your circumstances.
01 / Facts and assumptions
The goal, countries, timing and facts you shared. Assumptions are identified so they can be checked.
02 / Options and tradeoffs
The routes worth considering, their practical constraints, and reasons to set an option aside. Waiting may be one of them.
03 / Evidence and gaps
The records needed to assess the route, including ownership and source of funds where relevant.
04 / Order of work
What should happen first, what depends on it, indicative costs, and what must be confirmed before spending.
05 / Responsibilities
What you prepare, what Bitcoin Lawyer coordinates, and where a government, bank, licensed lawyer or tax professional makes the decision.
Tell us what you are trying to solve.
Before you book
The details, in plain words.
What does the fee buy?
Sixty minutes with Adam, then a written assessment within 24 hours: preliminary suitability, a cost estimate, gaps in documents and source-of-funds records, and next steps.
How does the credit work?
If you retain our services within 30 days after the session, the amount actually paid is credited toward professional fees for those services. A $1,750 payment creates a $1,750 credit. Government charges and third-party fees are separate.
How do I choose a time?
After the payment provider confirms receipt, your payment-status page unlocks a private Calendly booking link. Choose an available time there. Calendly uses our existing Zoom integration for the meeting invitation.
Can I cancel?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refundable. A completed session is not refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What if the answer is to wait?
You still receive the assessment. It explains the obstacle, what would change the answer, and the next practical step. Paying for a session does not mean you should buy another service.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. The session is advisory planning and coordination. If the file needs a licensed lawyer or a tax professional, we identify that need. You engage those professionals directly.
What should I send before the call?
A short outline of the situation is enough to begin. Do not send passport scans, account numbers, private keys or seed phrases through this website. We will agree an appropriate channel if further records are needed.
