About Bitcoin Lawyer

One person answers for the work, and he is a Bitcoiner.

Bitcoin changes how you hold value. The rest of life still runs through passports, registries, banks, and government desks. Bitcoin Lawyer works where those systems meet.

The person responsible

Adam Juchniewicz.

A background in public service, immigration policy, and Bitcoin. Each credential means what it says. None stands in for a professional qualification it does not confer.

  1. Stacking sats since 2020. Personally navigating a second citizenship.

  2. LL.M. in European and Comparative Law, University of Malta.

  3. Retired United States Air Force officer.

  4. Over a decade at the US Department of Homeland Security on immigration policy.

  5. Candidate for the solicitors’ qualification of England and Wales, SQE1, July 2027 sitting. A candidacy, not a qualification held.

The name and the company

A return to one firm.

Bitcoin Lawyer LLC was formed in March 2024. This site brings citizenship and residency, company formation, settlement, US exit planning, and Philippines retirement together under that company’s name.

Those problems are connected. A company affects how you earn. A payment setup affects who controls that revenue. Citizenship and residence affect where you can build a life. Treating each as a separate purchase can leave the important questions between them unanswered.

The point of one advisory relationship is to see those dependencies, put the work in order, and identify the licensed professionals you need. Bitcoin Lawyer LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Adam is not admitted to practise law. His education, public service, and Bitcoin experience inform the advisory work; they do not replace a licence to practise.

What the firm does

Assessment and coordination. With clear boundaries.

The work we take

  • Understand the situation across the relevant parts of your life and business.
  • Put the options, trade-offs, document gaps, and sequence in writing.
  • Define a scope and a professional fee before a further engagement.
  • Coordinate the work with the licensed professionals you retain.

The work we refer

  • Legal advice and representation belong to a licensed lawyer you hire in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Tax advice and return preparation belong to a qualified tax professional, including a US enrolled agent where appropriate.
  • Government decisions belong to the authority that issues them.
  • Signing for a wallet stays with its owner. We do not take your seed phrase or private keys.

The operating rules

The limits are part of the service.

  1. Never your keys

A service that needs to move your money for you changes the custody question. We keep that boundary explicit.

  2. No guaranteed approval

Governments decide on applications. Banks decide on accounts. We will not sell their decisions as ours.

  3. Fees in writing before you pay

The session has a published price. Further work has a written scope, fee, and list of what is separate.

  4. No undocumented funds

A transaction history is not the whole account of where funds came from. A file needs a documentary record a reviewer can follow.

  5. No manufactured urgency

A permanent decision should survive a night’s sleep. A real deadline is explained, not used as a sales device.

  6. Your case stays yours

We do not publish client names, photographs, or testimonials to sell the next engagement.

How the relationship starts

Establish eligibility. Then do the work.

A free 15-minute screening call can establish whether our work fits your situation and what to prepare. It is optional. If you are ready to proceed, you can book the paid strategy session directly.

The strategy session is a working conversation about your situation. You receive a written assessment that identifies what fits, what does not, what is missing, and what should happen next.

Further work is a separate choice. A session does not oblige you to retain us, and a written assessment can conclude that you should wait, handle a task yourself, or take the question directly to another professional.

The next conversation

Bring the situation. We will map the work.

Start with what you are trying to achieve, the jurisdictions involved, and what is getting in the way. There is no need to choose a service before the session.
