Bitcoin Lawyer LLC · Service information

The terms, in plain words.

The session, the credit, the scope, and who receives each payment.

The service

Bitcoin Lawyer LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company formed in March 2024. We provide planning, assessment and coordination services. This website describes those services and offers a paid strategy session. A separate written engagement sets the scope, deliverables and professional fees of any retained work.

The screening call

The optional 15-minute screening call is free. It establishes whether the work fits your situation and the appropriate next step. It does not include detailed research, document review or a written assessment. You book the screening call directly through Calendly; payment is not required.

The strategy session

The session lasts 60 minutes and costs $2,000 by card or $1,750 via BitSettle. It includes a preliminary written assessment within 24 hours after the call. The payment provider must confirm payment before Calendly booking becomes available. Calendly and Zoom provide the booking and meeting services.

Professional-fee credit

If you retain services within 30 days after the session, the amount you actually paid for the session is credited toward professional fees for those retained services. The credit does not increase to the card price when you paid the lower Bitcoin price. It does not cover government contributions, statutory charges or third-party professional fees. The written engagement records its application.

Cancellations, refunds and credits

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start to request a refund. Later cancellations, missed appointments and completed sessions are not refundable. Contact us promptly if we cannot deliver the session or if a payment is duplicated, late, short or excessive; these payment exceptions require reconciliation with the provider before a refund or booking can be confirmed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our scope

Bitcoin Lawyer LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not provide tax advice or represent you before an authority. When a matter requires a licensed lawyer, tax professional or other regulated professional, you engage that person directly. Governments and registries make their own decisions; we do not guarantee approvals, banking access, processing dates or tax outcomes.

Where the money goes

The session payment is made to Bitcoin Lawyer LLC. No government receives any portion of that fee. Subsequent written estimates separate our fees from government and third-party payments and identify each recipient. We do not request private keys or seed phrases and do not custody government contributions. Payment rails have their own network, operational and issuer risks. The checkout invoice identifies the available rail and amount due.

Information you provide

Provide accurate information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not submit passport scans, bank account details, private keys or seed phrases through these forms. We may decline work that is outside our scope, cannot be properly documented, or would involve evading applicable rules.

Editorial material

The Journal and podcast are general information, not a personal recommendation or a professional engagement. Historic podcast episodes reflect the date of their recording. Laws, fees and programme conditions can change. Review your circumstances with the appropriate professional before acting.
